Isoko South is a local government area (LGA) in the Isoko region of Delta State, Nigeria. With its headquarters in Oleh, Nigeria, it is one of the two local governments that comprise the Isoko region. The other is Isoko North, which has its headquarters at Ozoro. The population of Isoko South was approximately 235,147 as of 2006.
